The Glenrothes is a hands-on, no-frills distillery. Quietly and without fanfare, their distillery has been producing some of Speyside’s finest single malt for more than a century. The brand has long been under the radar for the wider public, but at the top of the list for whisky aficionados, who instantly recognise the ‘house’ style of The Glenrothes. 

It was my task to introduce The Glenrothes’ new brand world, “Look Beyond”. Working with brand agency Initials on scripting and pre-production with VFX by Revenant, it was my pleasure to direct this flagship piece of content for the brand. As head of creative, I was also responsible for the full campaign launch which included a website redesign, content production for social media, and a launch plan to ensure the new look and feel would be well received by the brand’s dedicated followers.
